We follow an AQL 1-2.5 depending on your requirements. Mira also emphasizes on R&D at the sampling stage to ensure products are production friendly.

Mira follows some intensive procedures to ensure our standards are met from the beginning raw stages:

• Our fabrics are woven and knitted from the best quality yarn
• 100% inspection of greige fabric (every meter has to meet our standard)
• 100% inspection of all trims (every piece has to meet our standard)
• 100% inspection of all processed material (dying and printing)
• All materials are tested in our state of the art in-house laboratory before being released into our inventory

Our rigid production quality control methods require an initial pilot-run as a part of our production process, followed by a primary inspection, a mid-inspection, a pre-final inspection, and a final inspection to complete the manufacturing process. All this is complemented by a special de-odorizing process that keeps the products long lasting, fresh, and clean.
